Can I resend a reward to a user?

Extole does not provide a feature to resend the reward. If the reward includes a coupon code, you can look up the coupon code inside the Reward Details tab and provide the code to your customer.

How do I refer my friend?

Direct the customer to refer.kipling-usa.com/micro/microsite. Explain the sharing options (Email, Facebook and Twitter).

I referred my friend. When will I get my reward?

First, ask them how long ago their friend purchased, and if it was less than the 7-day pending period. If so, inform them that rewards will be sent after 7 days for qualified referrals. If the pending period has passed, direct them to Extole’s Advocate Support.

Why didn’t I get my reward?

Ask them if they met all of the referral requirements (their friend went through the referral link, they didn’t refer themselves, they haven’t reached the yearly limit of 20 rewards/advocate). If so, direct them to Extole’s Advocate Support.

If I referred 100 friends, why don’t I have $1,500 in rewards?

Make sure the advocate knows that the friend who they referred must make a purchase in order to receive their $15 reward. Also, a user can only earn 20 rewards/year or $300 in rewards/year.
