Do monkey keychains come with every product?
A: Most of our bags come with a furry monkey or metal monkey keychain, but not all of them. Check out the features tab on each product page to find out if a monkey is included with your purchase. You can also pick up an extra monkey or two here!

How should I care for my Kipling Product?
A: Our crinkle nylon handbags, backpacks, totes, accessories, and luggage can be softly cleaned with a wet cloth. Simply wipe the outside fabric and hang to dry.
In case of a deep stain, clean the fabric with a cloth or soft brush using water and mild soap. Be sure to limit the exposure to direct heat or sunlight to avoid fading, avoid bleach, and do not soak in water.
Insider tip: Use caution when carrying a light bag while wearing dark colored denim to prevent color transfer.
Where can I find the measurements of your products?
A: Product measurements are listed under the description tab on each product page. Product measurements are taken as follows:
The distance between the strap and the body of the bag, measured from the center of the strap to the center of the top of the bag. The drop length measurement allows you to figure out where exactly the bag will fall on your frame.
The top-to-bottom distance measured of the body of the bag.
The distance measured for the body of the bag, taken from side-seam to side-seam.
The distance of the side of the bag, measured along the bottom of the bag.

How can I change or cancel my order?
A: We aren’t able to make changes to your order, but we can cancel it within 60 minutes. We’re available by phone 24/7 so give us a call at (866) 376- 4185.

If an item goes on sale, can I get a credit for the price difference?
A: If we make a permanent price reduction you may request a one-time price adjustment on full price merchandise within 14 days from the ship date. Promotional items can receive a one-time price adjustment within 7 days from the ship date.
What is Kipling Rewards?
A: Kipling Rewards is a program that allows you to earn rewards every time you shop at Kipling-usa.com, Kipling Retail and Kipling Outlet stores. Members will be the first to hear about the latest products, promotions, events and sales!
How do I join?
A: Joining is easy and free! You can create an Account at Kipling-usa.com, or at any Kipling Retail or Outlet store.
Who can enroll?
A: You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll in Kipling Rewards.
What do I get for being a Kipling Rewards member?
A: As soon as you sign up for Kipling Rewards, you can begin earning points. Members receive 10 points(!) per U.S. Dollar spent in Kipling Retail stores and at Kipling-usa.com, and (5) five points per U.S. Dollar spent in Kipling Outlet stores. Points are converted into Rewards Certificates two times per calendar year - in January and in July. One thousand (1,000) points equals (1) one $10 Rewards Certificate.
How do I redeem my Kipling Rewards Points?
A: Twice a year, you will receive an email notifying you of the availability of your earned Rewards Certificate. You can access your Rewards Certificate at Kipling-usa.com. Rewards Certificates are redeemable in U.S. Kipling Retail and Outlet stores and at Kipling-usa.com.
Why do you need my email address?
A: Your email address will be the primary way that we track your points. You will need to use your email address in order to earn points on Kipling-usa.com.
What if I don't have an email address?
A: If you do not have one, we suggest creating a free address at gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com. All communication is done via email, and to access your account information. Unfortunately, you cannot join Kipling Rewards without a valid email address.
What if I don't want to receive emails from Kipling-usa.com?
A: In order to remain in the Kipling Rewards program, you must be willing to receive Kipling Rewards emails. You may unsubscribe from Member Reward or general Kipling marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.
How long does it take for purchases to post to my account?
A: It can take up to (5) five days for your account to show your points.
Is everything in the store and at Kipling-usa.com eligible for points?
A: Almost everything. You are not able to earn points on the purchase of gift cards.
Do I earn points when I use my Rewards Certificate?
A: Yes, you will earn points on purchases you make using your Rewards Certificate.
What happens when I make a return?
A: When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your Account. If the points deducted from your Account are more than what is available in your Account balance, you will have a zero balance.
Do points expire?
A: Yes, points expire 6 months after the end of the reward period in which they were earned. Any unredeemed points remaining in your Account at the end of each reward period will carry over to the next period.
Do Rewards Certificates expire?
A: Yes, you will have 180 days from the last day of a Rewards Cycle to use your Rewards Certificates.
Can I transfer my points to another member's account?
A: No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.
Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined?
A: Sorry, points only accumulate once you have joined Kipling Rewards
Is there a maximum amount of Rewards Certificates I can earn?
A: Yes, you are able to earn a maximum of $250 in Rewards Certificates per Rewards Cycle.
Can my Rewards Certificate be replaced if it has been lost, stolen, or expired?
A: Kipling is not responsible for any Rewards Certificates that have been lost or stolen. Expired Certificates will not be re-instated, you cannot get lost earnings back from lost, stolen, or expired Rewards Certificates.
Where do I go to see my account activity?
A: Visit Kipling-usa.com at any time to access your Kipling Rewards Account and to track your points balance.
Will you sell my name and send me spam email or junk mail?

A: Sorry, gift cards cannot be returned, cancelled, or redeemed for cash (except in states where legally required). Be sure to keep your gift card in a safe place (like in one of our cute wallets!), because we are unable to refund you if it lost or stolen. Please note, special offers may not be used to purchase a Gift Card.
I’m ready to make a purchase — how do I redeem my gift card?
A: E-gift cards and physical gift cards can be redeemed through Kipling-USA.com or in any Kipling Retail or Kipling Outlet store in the United States and Puerto Rico. Enter your 19-digit Gift Certificate Code (codes are case sensitive) and 4-digit PIN number on the Payment page and click ""Apply."
Can I use more than one gift card?
A: Lucky you! Up to five gift cards can be redeemed per order. Simply enter each code and pin number and click "apply" after each one.
How can I return an item I paid for with a gift card?
A: Any product purchased with a gift card will be refunded to a new gift card. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash. No variance from these terms and conditions will be allowed except in those states where legally required.
