If your country is not listed above, you may still be able to purchase on our site using your international credit card as long as your order has a shipping address in the United States and/or one of its territories. See Payment Options for further details.

International shipping costs are determined by the actual weight and destination of your order. This cost will be calculated during checkout. To view the actual shipping charges of your order please begin the checkout process.

At this time, we only offer express shipping as an option for Mexico and most regions of Canada(1-3 business days). All other countries serviced with international shipping will be sent via Standard delivery. Delivery timeframes will vary by country, but it is estimated that most will receive their order in 5-10 business days from the date of shipment. Any order being shipped to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied and collected upon delivery. You are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. In some regions you should allow additional delivery time due to customs delays.

CUSTOMS CHARGES - FOR ALL COUNTRIES EXCEPT CANADA

We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package contents and cannot alter this value. If an order placed on www.Kipling-USA.com is refused by the destination country, you will be responsible for the original shipping costs, as well as any duties, taxes and/or customs charges incurred. These amounts will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

CANADA

Shipping & Handling fees for Canada paid to www.Kipling-USA.com include international customs taxes, duties, or VAT.

By ordering goods from this website, I hereby authorize a licensed Canadian customs broker chosen by the operator of the website to act as my agent, and to transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA) to clear my merchandise, account for applicable duties and taxes, to return merchandise to the operator of the website and prepare and submit refund claims on my behalf for any merchandise that I return. I understand that CBSA will send any refund of duties and taxes that were paid on the returned merchandise to the broker, and that I will obtain the refund directly from the operator of the website. In this connection, I also authorize the customs broker to endorse any refund check issued by CBSA in my name, so that the operator of the website can be reimbursed.
