Shipping Methods and Costs

Shipping costs are a flat rate based on the shipping method of choice. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during the checkout process prior to the completion of your order.

Generally, you will have the option to upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery (such as Second Day or Overnight service). If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by 12:00 p.m. (noon) EST or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.

Depending on the item(s) you purchase and the location to which the items will be delivered, different shipping methods are available. Each shipping method has its own restrictions and applicable charges.

Please note: Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow time for order verification, credit approval, address verification and order processing. Kipling-USA.com always strives to ship purchases within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Each address that you instruct us to ship to, including gift-recipient addresses, is considered a separate order and is subject to applicable shipping charges.

Backorders:
You will be informed if an item is backordered at the time you add it to your shopping bag. You will also be given an approximate date of shipment. If items are backordered, the total shipping charges will be allocated proportionally and charged as the merchandise is shipped. -Shipments to P.O. Boxes can only be shipped via USPS Priority (fee will equal above Standard Ground charges).
Expedited orders cannot be sent to PO Boxes

-Currently, we do not offer overnight shipping to Alaska and Hawaii

-Shipments to P.O. Boxes can only be shipped via USPS Priority
