This is by far the best bag I have found for school. I had previously purchased the Aleron messenger bag but was not too thrilled with the fact that I had to open up the flap every time I wanted to get into the bag and its lack of organizational compartments. I also didn't like that it was kind of on the larger side. So I decided to try the Joslyn based on another reviewer. This bag fits all the things I need for college. Binders, notebooks, textbooks, and my netbook a long with all my other things (wallet, ereader, makeup bag). All the compartments that are accessible from the exterior are also great! Even while the bag is full it still doesn;t look like a big bag. Kipling never disappoints! They make great, stylish and functional bags and their crinkle nylon bags are water proof!! Living in Miami it rains like crazy in the summer and all my stuff stays dry even when I'm drenched.Ground shipping was also great. I ordered this bag on a Tuesday at around 3am, that same day at around 10:30am I received an e-mail letting me know my bag had already shipped and I received it on Friday.Can't wait to purchase this bag in other colors!!

Got this bag just in time to take on vacation, and it was great. It kept me organized going through airports and also looked good carrying sunscreen to the beach and pool side.

I love this bag! I got in in Tangerine and I love the color-it's like orangey red-sooo pretty! the only and i mean only things i don't like are that the expandable straps are too long even after making them the smallest they can possibly be, but I am short at 4-11 so this is mostly to blame on me. I also wish that the expandable strap would have been detachable, but regardless I love the bag and will recommend it in a heartbeat!Final thought-it's great and it is large enough to carry any text-books, folders, my ipad, and everything else I need for school, but still looks small, and pretty, and stylish. A+
