Sadly, Kipling fail or refuses to cater to a diverse consumer market. I am a 90's child and grew up with kipling lugage and book bags, and we still have them. I loved playing with the monkeys that come with all kipling bags. I'm a college student now and I wanted a new book bag for shool. I looked on the kipling website and after a while, I became convinced that kipling was a brand only for women. I think the company should try to branch out to other potential customers, like men. Anyway, I purchased this bookbag online and a 24in duffle bag. The bookbag came and I have to say... for $70+ (originally [$]) it is not a book bag made for a serious college student, like my self. I put my 1600+ paged nursing book, in it and I swore the 2 thin straps were going to snap and the danty zipper in the main compartment, I'm sure will not hold up. This bag is not made for heavy loads. Also it has no back support and if it does it is incredibly flimsy. I feel it is more for clothes and to hold books that are light in weight. I thought I would be able to use this bag for camping, traveling, and going to school, but I don't think so. I like that this bag can expand.The bag is fashionable and looks cool... and that is it.

This product is very spacious. You can put your books in here, your phone, pencil case, and so much more. I highly reccomend this product for school. Also, if you love One Direction like me, the red backpack is a very attractive one.
