I could not agree more with the previous reviewer, I have had my bag for as many years as they have been around 20+?....(and you can have the zip pulls replaced, no problem). I still travel with my original bag, and have recently added a larger one for longer trips. I am convinced they are the best bags on the planet, they hold a lot, they are very sharp looking, very functional, and it feels good to know I have an exceptionally well made and durable bag. I'm a senior citizen, even though I stated out a lot younger with the first bag. I do remove the monkey now, it's an age thing, and keep them in a box at home just in case. I travel constantly all over the world and would never consider buying another brand. I like the crisp feel of the fabric, the zippers WORK, the inside dimentions are right, when you fold clothing it fits, there is room for shoes on the side, the additional pockets on the front come in very handy for magazines, tickets, umbrellas & last minute add-on's...whatever!!! It's true love, it really is!

This is my third Kipling piece of luggage. I purchased my first years ago in the airport in Las Vegas after way too much shopping. That original bag, which is now over 13 years old, is still one of my favorite bags after thousands of miles of travel. The only problem I've had with this bag is that a couple of the zipper pulls have fallen off over the years, but the zippers still work perfectly. Since then I've purchased 2 more x-large bags, and numerous back packs, cosmetic bags, and a laptop bag. I tried other very high end brands costing much more money, and they fell apart almost immediately; whereas, my Kipling is still kicking. Off on another trip, and I need a new bag. I will never buy another piece of luggage except a Kipling!!
