I use this bag on my daily commute to work and it's the perfect size. It is very roomy so I never feel like my bag is filled to the maximum so it maintains its clean-cut shape. I like that it has pockets on the outside as well because I can put things in there that I need to pull out quickly. I don't have to dig around inside my bag. The strap length and size is comfortable because it's easy to just throw on your shoulder and have it stay there (without slipping off). One thing I don't like is that when I don't have many things in my bag, the top sags a little but it cannot be helped. This bag is perfect!
