KIPLING IN-STORE RETURN POLICY
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Within 30 days of the original date of purchase, we will gladly (a) exchange or (b) accept returns for refund of the purchase price, of new and unused merchandise, with all tags attached, After 30 days of the original date of purchase, you may exchange only.
The original sales receipt must accompany all in-store returns or exchanges; as evidenced on the original sales receipt, refunds will be made in the original form of payment for the price paid. If your purchase was made by check as evidenced on the sales receipt and you wish a refund in lieu of exchange, a check will be mailed within 21 days of your return.
A gift receipt serves as a proof of purchase but does not serve as an original sales receipt evidencing the purchase price. Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be exchanged for merchandise or a store credit, in each case for the value of the item being returned on the day that the item was purchased. Merchandise returned with a ticket, but without a receipt of proof of purchase price will be exchanged for similar product at equal to the current or last selling price of that merchandise, if identifiable, or the lowest selling price of a comparable item. Please note; Final sale merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
Defective merchandise may be returned with or without a receipt within one year of the original date of purchase for an exchange or refund of the purchase price. Defective merchandise returned without a receipt or proof of purchase price will be exchanged for merchandise or a store credit equal to the current or last selling price of that merchandise, if identifiable, or the lowest selling price of a comparable product. Defective merchandise does not include merchandise damaged by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. A one-time price adjustment will be made when the original sales receipt is presented within 14 days of the date of purchase. Merchandise purchased on Kipling-USA.com may be returned to any Kipling Retail or Outlet store. Online orders may not be returned in-store if PayPal, Google Check-out, or Bill Me Later was used to purchase items.
Kipling Outlet returns may be returned in the outlet stores only, Kipling Retail locations will not accept outlet returns. Kipling reserves the right to limit a purchase to no more than 5 units per person per day of any single style/color combination. Customers may not purchase more than 50 units total per purchase/per day. All bulk purchases are final sale. We do accept Kipling Gift cards.
