Banana keychain came without the keychain
It’s cute but it came without the key chain part. This is the second time it had happened as I ordered the same thing from Amazon fulfilled by Kipling. I returned it the first time thinking it was fake and went directly to the Kipling website to reorder it. When it came WITHOUT the keychain again, I’ve reached out several times to customer service and was told to wait for a reply it’s been 2 weeks at least and I have seen no results. Part of the main reason I bought this was because it was a keychain.. how ironic that it came to me TWICE without one. Kipling has awesome products and I have so many bags and purses from them. This is the first time I’ve ever had a problem. Which makes me very surprised and disappointed that their customer service is not as great as their products.

Love love love it and really happy with my purchase. The banana purse is so cute. Having that said, I wish I would be happier if the purse came with the hook (as depicted in the picture).

So I bought this for a) I'm a big fan of coin purses and b) the color. I was really excited when I saw this for I thought this is going to be so easy to spot in my purse and the chain I can use to clip on my inside zipper, even better. So I got this and it lived up to was expecting except the chain. Unfortunately, the one I got, before it was packed in the plastic, the clasp at the top is hooked to the chain of the coin purse. They did not ensure the chain is hooked to the bottom of the clasp so now I will have to pull out my tools and fix it myself so they lose a star for that.
