“I make sure to always be well hydrated, whatever I do. About an hour before endurance training, I have some simple carbs . Within 30 minutes after a strength or Power/HIIT session I replenish protein and glucose, like a handful of nuts and a cup of yogurt, or even a banana. You can have a protein shake instead, but I try to eat clean so no processed foods for me."
