What is Kipling.Me?

A: Kipling.Me is a program that allows us to reward our most loyal customers. Members are the first to hear about the latest products, promotions, events and sales, and will earn every time they shop at Kipling-usa.com, Kipling Retail and Kipling Outlet stores in the U.S.

Q:

I already joined Kipling Rewards. Is Kipling.Me a different program?

A: No! Our rewards program launched in October 2015 as Kipling Rewards. We have recently changed the name to Kipling.Me to better reflect the reason for the program…you! If you have already enrolled in Kipling Rewards, you are already a member of Kipling.Me and do not need to reenroll.

Q:

How do I join?

A: Joining is easy and free! You can create an Account at Kipling-usa.com, or at any Kipling Retail or Outlet store. As soon as you sign up for Kipling.Me, you can begin earning points.

Q:

Who can enroll?

A: You must be 18 years or older and a resident of the United States to enroll in Kipling.Me.

Q:

I’m a member of Kipling.Me in another country. Can I use my Rewards in the U.S.?

A: At this time, points and rewards cannot be redeemed in a different country than they were earned.

Q:

What do I get for being a Kipling.Me member?

A: Members receive (5) five points per U.S. Dollar spent in Kipling Outlet stores. Members receive (10) ten points per U.S. Dollar spent in Kipling Retail stores and at Kipling-usa.com. Points are converted into Rewards Certificates two times per calendar year - in January and in July. One thousand (1,000) points equals (1) one $10 Rewards Certificate.

Q:

How do I redeem my Kipling.Me points?

A: Twice a year, you will receive an email notifying you of the availability of your earned Rewards Certificate. You can also access your Rewards Certificate at Kipling-usa.com. Rewards Certificates are redeemable in U.S. Kipling Retail and Outlet stores and at Kipling-usa.com.

Q:

Why do you need my email address?

A: Your email address will be the primary way that we track your points. The store associate will ask for this information during check-out to ensure your purchases are added to your Rewards Account. When you use the same email address during the check-out process at Kipling-usa.com, you will earn points on your online purchases.

Q:

What if I don't have an email address?

A: If you do not have one, we suggest creating a free address at gmail.com, hotmail.com, or yahoo.com. All communication is done via email, and to access your account information. Unfortunately, you cannot join Kipling.Me without a valid email address.

Q:

What if I don't want to receive emails from Kipling-usa.com?

A: To remain in the Kipling.Me program, you must be willing to receive Kipling.Me emails. You may unsubscribe from Member Reward or general Kipling marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link in those emails.

Q:

How long does it take for purchases to post to my account?

A: It can take up to (5) five days for your account to show your points.

Q:

Is everything in the store and at Kipling-usa.com eligible for points?

A: Almost everything. You can earn points on all merchandise, but you are not able to earn points on the purchase of gift cards.

Q:

Do I earn points when I use my Rewards Certificate?

A: Yes, you will earn points on purchases you make using your Rewards Certificate.

Q:

What happens when I make a return?

A: When a product is returned, the point value of the return is deducted from your account. If the points deducted from your account are more than what is available in your account balance, you will have a zero balance.

Q:

Do points expire?

A: Yes, unredeemed points expire 6 months after the end of the reward period in which they were earned.

Q:

Do Rewards Certificates expire?

A: Yes, you will have 180 days from the last day of a Rewards Cycle to use your Rewards Certificates.

Q:

Can I transfer my points to another member's account?

A: No, points earned are only associated with the original email used to create the account.

Q:

Can I get points for purchases I made before I joined?

A: No, points only accumulate once you have joined Kipling.Me.

Q:

Is there a maximum Reward I can earn?

A: Yes, you are able to earn a maximum of $100 in Rewards Certificates per Rewards Cycle.

Q:

Can my Rewards Certificate be replaced if it has been lost, stolen or expired?

A: Kipling is not responsible for any Rewards Certificates that have been lost or stolen. Expired Certificates will not be re-instated, you cannot get lost earnings back from lost, stolen, or expired Rewards Certificates.

Where do I go to see my account activity?

A: Visit Kipling-usa.com at any time to access your Kipling.Me account and to track your points balance.

Q:

Will you sell my name and send me spam email or junk mail?

A: Kipling does not sell or rent our list to any other organizations to contact customers directly. Our complete Privacy Policy can be read here.

What if I have questions about my points, Rewards Certificates, etc?
