FYI: Kipling-usa.com is not responsible for shipping, handling, gift box fee or other additional charges for returned items, and will not refund original shipping charges. We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.
Do you offer exchanges?
We do not currently offer exchanges, but don’t worry, if you need to exchange an item for any reason, the most efficient method is for you to return the original item and place a new order. This will insure that you get the product you want as quickly as possible.
How do I return online?
- Attach the return label to the outside of your package.
- Detach the completed return form and place it inside the package. (Don’t forget to save the top portion for your records.)
- Pack and seal the product securely.
- We will issue a full refund (excluding shipping charges), to the original form of payment within 30 business days.

Do you accept online returns in store?
We sure do. Swing by any Kipling Retail Store or Outlet Store to return your Kipling-usa.com purchase. Be sure to bring your product, original packaging, and your return form.
Please note: Online orders purchased via PayPal cannot be returned in-store.
What is your in-store return policy?
You can easily return new or unused merchandise in-store within 90 days of your purchase with the original sales receipt. Refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
Merchandise returned with a gift receipt will be exchanged for merchandise or a store credit for the value of the item. Merchandise returned without a will be exchanged for similar product equal to the current selling price, or the lowest selling price of a comparable item.
Monogrammed items are final sale.
Where can I return the items I purchased at the Kipling Outlet?
Thanks for shopping at our Outlet store! Kipling Outlet returns may be returned in the outlet stores only, Kipling Retail locations will not accept outlet returns.
Can I return a monogrammed item?
Items personalized with a monogram are Final Sale, and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We offer a one-time price adjustment within 14 days of the purchase date on permeant price drops, and within 7 days on promotions. Be sure to bring your original sales receipt to receive an adjustment.
Credit Card Refunds:
Please allow 14 to 18 days for us to process your refund. During peak times, processing may take longer than normal, so please be patient! It may take up to two (2) or three (3) billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
International orders are final sale.
